This Privacy Policy explains how Pipe Nexus LLC (“Pipe Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with www.pipenexus.com, demo and information requests, and the Pipe Nexus software platform and related services. Customer agreements may contain additional terms governing customer data.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, company, business email, phone number, job role, messages, demo requests and other information you choose to submit.
When customers use the Pipe Nexus platform, the service may process business and user information, operational records, inspection and reporting information, uploaded files, job and team information, and other data submitted by or for the customer (“Customer Data”). Where Pipe Nexus processes Customer Data on behalf of a business customer, the applicable customer agreement also governs that processing.
3. Website analytics and technical information
We may use analytics and tag-management tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the website. These tools may collect or receive information such as device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referral information and interaction data. Where our analytics preference control is enabled, optional analytics are loaded only after you allow them.

We may use information to respond to inquiries and demo requests; provide, operate and support the Pipe Nexus platform; configure and onboard customer environments; deliver reporting or other requested services; maintain security and reliability; administer customer relationships; improve our website and services; comply with law; and protect Pipe Nexus, our customers and others.

Customer payments are handled through payment arrangements and payment providers designated by Pipe Nexus, including American Express where applicable. Payment providers may collect and process payment or card information under their own terms and privacy practices. Pipe Nexus may receive transaction, billing or payment-status information needed to administer the customer relationship.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website or platform, provide analytics, communications, hosting, support, payment processing or other business services; to professional advisers; in connection with a business transaction; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or the integrity of our services. We do not describe Customer Data as publicly available simply because it is processed through Pipe Nexus.

Retention of Customer Data may also be governed by the applicable customer agreement.

9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may decline optional analytics through the website’s analytics preference control when available. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion or other treatment of certain personal information. 10. Children
The Pipe Nexus website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Pipe Nexus is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
