01 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Start with what
you actually need to know.

These answers are intentionally practical. If your operation needs something more specific, the demo request gives us the context to answer it properly.

01What is Pipe Nexus?

Pipe Nexus is flow-centric operations software built to connect jobs, crews, inspection reporting, approvals and invoicing so the operational story stays together from field to office to finance.

02Who is Pipe Nexus built for?

Pipe Nexus is focused on NDT and pipeline inspection operations where field activity, reporting, operational oversight and billing have to move together without losing context at the handoff.

03How is pricing determined?

Pricing is scoped to the operation rather than published as a one-size-fits-all tier. Platform scope, onboarding, custom reporting requirements and support level are defined first, then Pipe Nexus provides an estimate around the implementation.

04Is onboarding included in the public price?

There is no public package price. Onboarding is treated as part of the implementation scope so the work required to configure the environment and prepare the team is visible in the estimate.

05Can Pipe Nexus support custom reports?

Yes. Custom reporting requirements can be reviewed and scoped during requirements discussions. Work outside the standard implementation may be priced separately.

06How does support work?

Support is aligned to the needs of the organization. The desired support level is part of the requirements and pricing conversation so expectations are clear before onboarding.

07Can field and office teams use the platform?

Pipe Nexus is designed around the full operational path between field work and office workflows. During a demo, we can walk through the specific devices, roles and workflows your team needs to support.

08What kind of information can Pipe Nexus process?

Depending on the customer implementation, Pipe Nexus may process business and user information, operational records, inspection and reporting information, uploaded files, job and team information and other customer-submitted data. The Privacy Policy explains this at a higher level.
